| How to Configure Hotmail SPAM / Junk Mail Filter |
 | Make sure your account is NOT set to immediately delete spam.
After logging into Hotmail, click "Options" and then click "Mail" on the LEFT HAND navigation bar (not anywhere else) - this takes you to "Mail Options" In the main area of the page, click "Junk E-Mail Protection" and then "Delete Junk E-mail" On the main area of the page, make sure that the settings are not set to delete junk email immediately. |
