White Listing
Some mail systems allow you to configure your spam filter to always allow email from a certain addresses to come through. In many mailers this is accomplished by simply adding the email address to your address book (even though you won't use the entry to send messages). For AmbassadorUniversity.com the address to configure is "messages@ambassadoruniversity.com"
How to Configure GMail SPAM / Junk Mail Filter
GMail does not allow SPAM or Junk Mail to be immediately deleted.
How to Configure Hotmail SPAM / Junk Mail Filter
Make sure your account is NOT set to immediately delete spam. After logging into Hotmail, click "Options" and then click "Mail" on the LEFT HAND navigation bar (not anywhere else) - this takes you to "Mail Options" In the main area of the page, click "Junk E-Mail Protection" and then "Delete Junk E-mail" On the main area of the page, make sure that the settings are not set to delete junk email immediately.
How to Configure Yahoo Mail SPAM / Junk Mail Filter
Make sure that your account is NOT set to immediately delete spam. After logging into Yahoo mail, click "Options" (usually upper right corner) and then click "Spam Protection" (in main window). Make sure the system is NOT set to delete spam immediately.
